INGREDIENTS
In a mixing bowl..add 2 cups sugar..1 egg white..½ teaspoon cream of tartar and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
then put 1 cup water and 5 teaspoon gelatine on stove...give a nice boil so it dissolves well.stir continuously....add water mix to sugar mixture and allow to beat in electric beater for about 20 minutes...whilst beating..add colour of choice..or leave white.....spray tray or Pyrex...pour mixture and spread evenly quickly...allow to set for a few hrs or overnight....cut in squares...dipping knife in cold water all the time.Toss in toasted coconut/white coconut or in maziena .....enjoy😍
