Pecan Nut Biscuits

INGREDIENTS

250g margarine
2 ½ tablespoon sugar
1 cup crush pecan nut
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Flour as required +- 1 ½ cups and more
Icing sugar (for dipping)

METHOD

1. Beat butter and sugar till white and fluffy.2.add vanilla essence and beat.3.add flour as required to make dough. Bake @ 180 Deg CelWhen biscuits are done and little cooled dip in icing sugar.

INFO & TIPS

You can also dip in in choclate and make different shapes whatever you prefer
