2 1⁄2 tablespoon sugar
1 cup crush pecan nut
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Flour as required +- 1 1⁄2 cups and more
Icing sugar (for dipping)
1. Beat butter and sugar till white and fluffy.
2.add vanilla essence and beat.
3.add flour as required to make dough.
Bake @ 180•
When biscuits are done and little cooled dip in icing sugar.
