INGREDIENTS
2 cups milk1 cup sugar1 cup coconut2 slices bread (crust removed)2 eggs1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder1 cap rose essence
METHOD
Liquidise all ingredients together.Bake in a greased pyrex dish on 180 for 30 minutes.Decorate when cold with nestle cream & almonds.
