INGREDIENTS
125 gr butter1 cup castor sugar3 eggs2 teaspoon baking powder2 cups coconut Flour to form a soft dough
METHOD
Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffyAdd eggs in 1 at a time beating till well combined Lastly add baking powder and coconut and mix Now slowly add flour with mixer on low to form a soft dough
Roll out half cm thick Take a fork and scratch top I like to make straight lines 1 direction only Cut with a cutter Sprunkle with 100s and 1000s
Bake at 180 till done
Can also leave out 100s and 1000s and coat half in white choc and than add the 100s and 1000s
