1 cup vermicelli 3 tablespoon butter/ghee (Clarified butter) 3 cups milk2 tablespoon sago ½ tablespoon desiccated coconut 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder ¾ tin condensed milk ½ tin Nestlé cream ( optional).
1. Crush 1 cup vermicelli into small small pieces. 2. Melt 3 tablespoon butter/ghee (Clarified butter) then add vermicelli pieces and keep moving around and stirring until its golden brown ( this part is important! )4. Then add 3 cups milk, 2 tablespoon sago and ½ tablespoon desiccated coconut ...put stove on lowest heat and leave to cook until it becomes thick, ensure to keep stirring in between so it doesn't stuck. 5. Once thick add 1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) (cardamom) powder, ¾ tin condensed milk ( or more to your liking ) and ½ tin Nestlé cream ( optional). 6. Mix everything well. Pour into bowls. Refrigerate at least an hour. Decorate as desired with almonds / crushed flake chocolate / rose petals / pistachios. ENJOY😍
