10 slices bread / 1 loaf
4 cups full cream milk
1 tablespoon cinamon powder
1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla essence .
butter both sides of each slice of bread , place in toaster and toast it .
Mix together the eggs and sugar and whisk well add the warm milk to the egg mixture with the remaining ingredients .
In a Pyrex cut toasted bread in small cubes place all in Pyrex by layering , pour the egg milk mixture over sprinkle handful of dessicated coconut and bake in a pre heated oven until the milk mixture has dissolved into the bread .
INFO / TIPS
U can add coconut into egg mixture while whisking if you would like to .
If you have left overs fresh cream you could add that as well .
Best winters dessert esp if you have lots of bread left over .
