Make your Arabic dough recipe or any Yeast dough recipe for rolls Let it double in size like you normally doThen roll it out or pat it into a square Or make small rolls) Mix Garlic Parsley Green chilli paste Green dhania (coriander) crushed black pepper and little salt with 90g butterSmear lightly Mayo on the dough (optional can add 2 tablespoon cream or make white sauce dobt put too much else the roll will be soggy ) then Smear the Garlic mix on the dough cover with grated cheese fold both sides over and shape it in such a way to make a folded rollThen smear some of the melted garlic butter mix over brush with eggSeal the roll on a foil and keep aside or Freeze..When required (I allowed it to thaw) remove from. Foil cut slices like Swiss place on baking tray Then baked in oven.at 180* for 20 - 25min.. May place under Grill if prefer but open the foil outEnjoy😋
INFO & TIPS
Make small balls bake the rolls and then cut /slit and fill it with just melted garlic butter enjoy
