INGREDIENTS
I so love these...
1 cup channa flour½ cup rice flour1 teaspoon coriander powder½ teaspoon cumin powder½ teaspoon turmeric powder½ teaspoon gharam masala1 teaspoon salt¼ teaspoon asafoetida½ teaspoon whole cumin ½ tablespoon carom seeds (ajwain)¼ cup chopped coriander leaves½ cup finely chopped onions¼ teaspoon chaat masala1 teaspoon lemon juice½ tablespoon oil1 ¼ cup water (add accordingly)½ teaspoon baking powderGreen chilli paste
METHOD
Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth batter. Cut sandwich bread in half. Dip each piece in the batter and deep fry in medium hot oil.Fry until golden on each side.Drain on absorbent paper and serve with green chutney and ketchup. Enjoy ❤
