1 cup chicken fillets cooked in green masalaKeep aside(Can use any fillings if your choice)Make a flour ( Lai paste like you do for samoosas) keep aside10 slices white bread sides crusts removedRoll each slice thinlySmear any sauce on the slicePlace any cooked fillings of choiceRoll.up like Swiss roll seal with the flour laiCut in 2 Dip each roll in egg wash see belowBeat 2 eggs with chopped green dhania (coriander) ½ teaspoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin)Little red chilli powder or green chilli pasteRoll in bread crumbsFry in little oil turn it so it gets a bit golden brown like for french toastServe hot or cold with a nice dipAnother good tip is to use 2 slices of bread crust removed place filling on one slice cover with the other slice cut in 4 triangles or squares press slightly so it don't open whilst frying Dip in egg Fry till golden brownEnjoyMixture and fry
