250 g soft butter or margarine ½ cup castor sugar Beat in processor till light and fluffy Add ½ cup maziena 1 teaspoon vanilla essence Mix well See options if u want to add (3 tablespoon oil optional) (Optional ½ cup crushed pecans) Now add gradually +- 2 ½ cups flour little by little keep in processor or as required to make a softwow dough grease baking pan Flatten the dough Poke with fork Cut into rectangles Bake @180* - 35 minutes
Once baked cut through again. Leave to cool. Dust with castor sugar
You can coat in choc halfway and decorate with nibbed almonds
