1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 1⁄4 cups flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoon cocoa
1 cup hot water
150g butter / marg
2 cups icing sugar
3 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoon milo
2 tablespoon cream cheese / fresh cream
chocolate for the swirls and hearts
pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Beat together eggs and sugar until fluffy . add oil and beat for 2 minutes . add flour gradually along with the baking powder .
add the cocoa and the hot water . mix only until well combined . do not over beat the batter .
pour half way up in paper cups and bake for 20 minutes or until done .
remove and set aside to cool .
beat together the butter and sugar until white . add the cocoa , Milo and bat to mix , lastly add the cream cheese / fresh cream .
now that the cupcakes are cooled . using any nozzle of your choice and a piping bag decorate your cake .
for the chocolate for decor ;
you can either make a template place under wax wrap , place melted chocolate in a thick packet , cut a small hole and make desired shape . place in fridge for 2 minutes . gently remove from wax wrap and place on cake .
