4 cups milk
2 1⁄2 teaspoon ghas powder (China grass)
condensed milk according to taste
Fine crushed elachie
A drop rose essence
5 Tblspns rose syrup /however much you want to
Gently bring milk to boil with elachie powder and a drop of rose essence and rose syrup
Meanwhile dissolve ghas powder in quarter cup milk and add to the above
stirring for a few minutes,take off heat.
Add in condensed milk..beat gently.
Pour into moulds, bowls to set..
Garnish with nestle cream, strawberries or fresh cream.
I used Yottis rose flavoured dessert sauce
