1 liter milk 1 teaspoon ghaas powder / China grass /agar agar (falooda powder) ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder (Cardamon ground) ½ cup sugar ¼-½ cup Firdaus pink coconut syrup 1 cup fresh cream
In a medium pot heat milk sprinkle ghaas powder over a bring to boil. Then add sugar Elachi (cardomom) and syrup (first add quarter cup taste add more if needed) Whisk lightly as it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add the fresh cream Whisk again until frothy. Pour into dessert cups or bowls. Allow to cool then put in the fridge to set completely. Decorate as desired best served chilled.
