INGREDIENTS
100g ripe mulberries 4 Tablespoon icing sugar1 teaspoon lemon juice ¼ glass lemon cranberry Pink drink Or any sparkling water Ice cubes optionalMint garnishing
METHOD
Wash mulberries gently as they bruise easily, remove stem, add to blender, blend into a puree.
Once pureed add to a bowl, add icing sugar, lemon juice give it a quick gentle stir . Pour into serving fancy glasses. Add lemon cranberry sparkling flavour drink. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.Ice cubes optional.
A refreshing drink, serve chilled enjoy
