RECIPE

3 chicken fillets cut into strips½ cup frozen corn 🌽 Julienne Stir fry packet from pick and pay (carrots, sweet 🍠, butternut, green beans & peppers)
Heat 🔥 oil in Bauer pan (any pot or pan can be used) Add chicken strips, ½ teaspoon lemon 🍋 pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic salt, A sprinkling of Aromat (a South African Spice) A sprinkling of Ina Parman chilli and garlic seasoning ½ teaspoon chicken spice1 tablespoon ground coriander leaves
Sauté chicken and spicesAdd in stir fryAdd little water & cook till done. Do not dry out. Enjoy
