Heat pot with 2 tablespoon butter or ghee (Clarified butter). Add the garlic and red masala Braise for a minute. Add chicken fillet with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on medium heat until done and water has burnt out. Do not dry completely, chicken should still be moist. When done remove from heat. With a fork shred chicken, Lastly add in your chopped greens and mix well.
