1⁄2 kg chicken fillet cut into cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic
1⁄2 finely chopped onion
Handful spring onion
1 teaspoon Ina paarmans Cajun spice
1⁄4 teaspoon Robertson peri peri spice
1⁄4 teaspoon Robertson lemon and herb spice
1⁄4 teaspoon whole jeera
1 tablespoon lemon juice

To assemble you will need :
Basil paste I used ( pnp Ina paarmans brand )
Plain low fat chunky cottage cheese .
In a pot add oil and the onions and allow to braise until onions are soft ( not brown ) add garlic braise until you get the smell .
Add chicken with all the spices . Cook until done , now shred the chicken using a folk .
Add the basil on top of the roti like a spread .
Top with cottage cheese
Add shredded chicken
Close birth sides of roti and fold to form a wrap .
