Marinade2-3 Chicken Fillets Cubed1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste2 tablespoon Aminas Tandoori paste2 tablespoon Afghani marinadeLittle lemon juice (optional) 1 teaspoon Dhana jeera mix½ teaspoon Garam. Masala¼ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon Magic Masala1 tablespoon Tomato puree1 small grated Tomato¼ cup Cream¼ cup Maas or Yoghurt1 teaspoon Mayonnaise1 teaspoon tomato sauceMix all together and keep aside for few hoursIn a pot Heat 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or Butter and 2 tablespoon oilAdd 1 small sliced onionWith little whole Jeeru (Cumin)..1 Slit whole Red chilliBraise till light Gold in ColourAdd all the marinated creamy chickenCook on lowWhen done Adjust Salt and fresh red Chilli If gravy required add milk and water or more creamGarnish with chopped green dhania (coriander)Serve with Rice boiled with peas or Rotis or Rolls and salads Few curry leavesEnjoy
