Cube 1kg chicken fillets and marinate in ½ cup yogurt, salt, pepper to taste, heaped tablespoon crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon crushed chilli flakes (bheerko) or 1 teaspoon chilli powder depending the heat you can take. teaspoon Parsley.Skewer/thread meat on sticks with tri-colored cubed peppers and red onion in between every chicken cube.
Grill the tender. And make a sauce. Have no measurements but just make accordingly by melting butter and sizzling some coarse garlic, pour in nando's sauces.I used hot and garlic flavours and lemon and herb. Give it a stir and baste chicken before dishing out. And drizzle remaining over when serving.
