1 kg Chicken mince1 teaspoon ginger garlic1 teaspoon Green Chilli paste 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) mix1 tablespoon Seekh Kabaab spice (optional) 1 teaspoon haldi 1 teaspoon salt1 Small onion grated and fried1 Small onion chopped and friedAdd your greensLittle greens dhania (coriander) shallot Mix well all together Make your meatballs Freeze Fry lightly when required keep aside for later to add whilst the tomato chutney is being cookedMAKE TOMATO CHUTNEYHeat +- 1 curry spoon oil1 Small sliced onion Saute let it be transparent AddLittle whole Jeeru (Cumin)Little mustard seedsFew curry leaves Slices of few cloves of garlic3 large Grated Tomatoes 3 tablespoon Tomato Puree1 ½,teaspoon finely crushed akalwaya pickle masala1 teaspoon Kashmiri masala½ teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder½ Crushed Chilli¼ tumeric Salt to taste As it's cooking place in the lightly Fried KabaabsCook till tomato is well done and the Kababs are done Variation I took 2 medium cubed or chips style patatoe and steam in microwave for 10 minutesWhen done add little salt and crushed chilli to it Add to the Kabaab Chutney toss 2 minutes for the potatoes to be coated with the tomato chutneyGarnish chopped green dhania (coriander)Enjoy with Naan Rotis, Roll, RotiAnd salads Enjoy
