Saffron and almond roast chicken

1 chicken cut and washed
In pot heat 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
Add 2 small cinnamon sticks
2 Elachi (cardomom) pods
Then add in 1 sachet tomato 🍅 paste
2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
Once it starts sizzling add in chicken
1 teaspoon Dana (coriander seeds crushed fine)
1 teaspoon jiro (fine cumin seeds)
1 teaspoon coarse red chillies
½ teaspoon tumeric
Salt to taste
½ teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom)
Pinch of saffron
Mix well. Cook till done adding water as needed for cooking.
Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves, sesame seeds and flaked almonds.
Serve with chips 🍟 and roti.
