Boil 3 cups basmati rice ½ way. Drain rinse and set aside. Fry 6 to 8 potatoes ½Ed. Set aside. Marinate 1kg chicken pieces in:1 tablespoon @purespice_sa red masala 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic 2 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice 2 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 tablespoon chilli powder Saffron essence 2 cups liquidised tomatoes 1 cup yoghurt ½ cup fresh cream
METHOD
Braise 2 sliced onions in ghee (Clarified butter) with few cloves Taj peppercorns slit chillies whole jeeru (cumin).Add in marinated chicken pieces. Cook 15 minutes.Add in fried potatoes and sprinkle dhania (coriander).Spread rice over.Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) and sprinkle ½ cup fried onions @786zaibunisasfriedonions and few dollops ghee (Clarified butter).
Cover with foil and steam 40 minutes on 180⁰.Serve with salad and dahy
