Using any Brand Manchurian Spice
500 g Chicken Fillets in Cubes or Strips3-4 tablespoon Mazina /Corn flour 1 teaspoon crushed garlic or paste1 egg (beaten up) Little SaltLittle Crushed Black pepper Mix all together and keep aside Let it Marinate For 15 minutes In a skillet fry the Chicken till nice and Golden brown and Crisp keep aside Method For the sauceHeat 2-3Tblsp oilAdd crushed garlic few slices of Ginger 2 thinly sliced green chilli in stripsChop Spring onions bulbs or ShallotAdd few slices onion Few Robot peppers Saute Add chicken storkSome Soya Sauce ( or Worcester) I added Bbq sauce and mix well Then let it BoilMake Add the Chicken Let it cook in the above I added 1 teaspoon Green chilli paste Add 1 tablespoon Tomato sauce May add chilli sauceor tomato sauce if u prefer Let it cook then add the chicken to it it must not be a very wet gravy Serve on a bed of Rice Enjoy 😋
