RECIPE
500 grm chicken fillets 1 medium sized onion finely chopped2 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon chili powder ¼ teaspoon haldi½ teaspoon freshly roast and crushed dhana seeds½ tablespoon paprika Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon crushed black pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice/ vinegar ½ teaspoon freshly roast and crushed jeera ½ teaspoon garam masala ½ teaspoon mix herbs 1 teaspoon chicken spice 1 teaspoon soya sauce1 teaspoon chilli sauceChopped coriander and mint. Combine all the ingredients in chicken. Mix together in a bowl. Keep in fridge for ½ hour. Now grind them in food processor. Again keep in fridge for 15-20 minutes. Take 1 tablespoon chicken mixture. Make oval shaped patties out of the chicken mix.Prick popsicle stick into this. dip it in egg and then in cornflakes crumbs Now it’s freezer suitable. Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown. Serve hot with sauce or chutney. Enjoy 😊
