INGREDIENTS
Chicken fillet
Salt to taste
Garlic flakes
1 teaspoon red chillies
1 tablespoon Rajah tandoori masala (or tandoori masala of choice)
1 fresh cream
1 yogurt
Lemon juice
Chopped fresh dhana
Butter
METHOD
Method
Marinate the chicken in the above ingredients and cook in butter until done, garnish with fresh dhana, serve with butter/rogni/tandoori naan.
Enjoy!!!!

NB
Can be made with only fresh cream or only yogurt...... either way it's yummy!!!
