Carrot seero (gajar (carrots) halwa)

500g carrots peeled, washed & dried. Grate finely. In pot add grated carrot with 2 & ½ cups milk. Boil till milk dries and carrots are soft. In a small pot heat ¾ cup ghee (Clarified butter). Then add 2 tablespoons tasty wheat.Once it turns a light gold remove from stove and add to carrots. Then add 3 heaped tablespoons klim, 1 tin condensed milk, 1 small Nestle cream, saffron, 1 teaspoon fine Elachi (cardomom) & some flaked almonds. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Enjoy.
I served on a phyllo set on a saffron infused syrup with a saffron cream and garnished with gold flakes & pistachios😋
