RECIPE
1 kg carrots grated 1 kg carrots cubed Half cup Methi (Fenugreek) masala Half bottle steers mustard sauce 6 - 10 tablespoon mayonnaise
Syrup 2 cups sugar 2 cups vinegar 1 cup maizena (corn flour) Add to carrots
Vagaar Fry garlic, chillies and curry leaves 🌿Make Vagaar with whole mustard and oil.
Add to carrots.
Add cubed green pepper.
Enjoy 🥕

I julienned the carrots 🥕 n omitted the peppers n added green chillies
