4 eggs1 teaspoon cinnamon1 cup castor Sugar / normal sugar1 cup + 2 tablespoons cake flour2 teaspoons baking powder½ cup oil½ cup boiling water1 cup carrots grated½ cup chopped pecans
sift dry ingredients togetherAdd eggs, oil and water to dry ingredients.
Mix and add carrots and pecans
Pour batter into prepared pan and bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
