Hot chocolate and coffee lovers, this one's for you ☕🍫
Soft, rich, and deeply chocolatey with a subtle coffee kick—this cake is comfort baked into every bite. Finished with a silky ganache and a sprinkle of cocoa... it's dangerously good.

Mix together 2 eggs ½ cup oil 1 cup sugar
Add1 cup flour4 teaspoon baking powder ½ cup Hot chocolate powder 1 tablespoon dark cocoa powder Mix
Mix together 1 tablespoon jacobs coffee1 cup boiling water
Add and mix.Pour into a lined and greased cake tin. Bake 180deg until done.

Decorate cake with chocolate ganache and a dusting of hot chocolate powder.
