RECIPE
250 grams soft butter 1 1⁄2 cups sugar Beat the above till light and fluffy Then add 4 eggs and 2 teaspoon vanilla essence and beat 2 ¾ cups flour4 teaspoon baking powder½ cup sifted cocoa powderLastly add 1 ¼ cup buttermilk(this makes it nice and moist)1 teaspoon coffee dissolved in alittle hot water (optional)Add and mix together till well combined and a smooth batter is formed
bake cake on 180ºC for 35-40 minutes till done
Once cool you can sandwich both cakes with caramel treat (optional)
Melt 2 big bar ones with a little oil and butter till nice and soft and melted it will be abit thick don't stress
Thereafter melt 3 slabs of chocolate with a big tin nestle cream Then add bar one mixture to above and mix till a smooth consistency is reached there will be bits of bar one don't stress just whisk till you get it as smooth as possibleOnce done pour gancahe over chocolate cake And drizzle caramel treat over And decorate with bar one or as desired
