1kg chicken fillets slit in the middle 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon ginger ground green chili ( according to how strong you eat ) 2 tablespoon tandoori or tikka spice 1 tablespoon Robertson chicken spice 1 teaspoon jeera powder salt to taste 2 tablespoon mayo 2 tablespoon tomato sauce 1 small freshly squeezed lemon ¼ cup oil
Mix together all the marinade ingredients ,add the chicken pieces , allow to marinate over night preferably or at least 3 hours .
Layer in a pan and fry the fillets on meduim to low until done . serve with chips salad
you can make burgers fold overs etc with this chicken
