Easy homemade Jam Recipe made with fresh summer figs.
                    
                    
                    
                                        
INGREDIENTS
                      1 lb fresh figs (chopped small pieces)½ cup granulated sugar2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 small stick cinammon
In a pan combine the figs, sugar, lemon and juice.
Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 - 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook. When mixture gets thick . Remove from heat. Add rose water (optional) Cool and serve~~~~☆~~~~

                      ~~~~☆~~~~Figs Yoghurt This healthy honey yogurt delicacy is an excellent breakfast or quick snack.
Peel and cook figs until soft.Cool add honey.Mix with greek yogurt.Serve cold.~~~~☆~~~~Figs/Anjeer milk
A nutritious bedtime beverageSimply boil 1 cup milk with 1 ripe fig. To enhance the flavour add few strand of saffron.
