Easy homemade Jam Recipe made with fresh summer figs.
1 lb fresh figs (chopped small pieces)½ cup granulated sugar2 teaspoon lemon juice 1 small stick cinammon In a pan combine the figs, sugar, lemon and juice. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Cover and simmer over low heat for 30 - 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook. When mixture gets thick . Remove from heat. Add rose water (optional) Cool and serve~~~~☆~~~~
