250g ready Packo Chilli Bite Mix or any brandFollow instruction on box(I used milk and water to mix the batter) 1 Large finely chopped onionLittle chopped up kale leavesLittle chopped spinash½ can cream style sweet corn1 tablespoon green chilli paste or choppedAdd some crushed black pepperAnd chopped green dhania (coriander)And chopped shallotMake a slight thick batterFry in batches Med to hot deep oil Enjoy with chutneys
