INGREDIENTS
ChickenDhana Jeera Chilli powder Paprika Onion powder Garlic powder Ginger garlic Worstershire sauce Flaming thai ginger and Soy Sweet Chilli sauce (you can get it at checkers and it is halal and vegan!)Sesame seeds both black and white - optional Rice of choice
METHOD
Cook the chicken with all the above spices and ginger garlic.
When fully cooked add Worstershire sauce and flaming thai sauce and coat all the chicken in the sauce.
Add white sesame seeds when done
Cook the rice as normal when done add Jeera and black sesame seeds
INFO & TIPS
Serve with some lettuce for extra crunch.
You can turn the rice Into sushi rice if you feeling fancy and have the time.
It's really tasty and comes together in about 15-20 minutes.
