1 kg drumsticks/wings skin on 1 heaped table spoon crushed chillies 1 table spoon mochachos spice 4 sprigs of thyme Crushed black pepper 2 teaspoon green masala Salt Parsley 5 table spoons Woolworths mayonnaise
Mash: Boil potatoes with salt Once almost soft, remove half of the water, add 1 tablespoon of butter, lower heat and let steam till desired consistency. Add grated parmesan and mix.
Fry chicken with above spices in very little oil. Once cooked , lower heat add mayo and water to make a sauce and let chicken cook in sauce for +- 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
INFO & TIPS
Once mayo cooks it gets very oily, spoon of excess oil once sauce settles before serving.
