INGREDIENTS
2x tins baked beans in tomato sauce1 red onion (diced)1 tomato (diced)½ green bell pepper (diced)4 mint leaves (chopped)Handful coriander leaves (chopped)2 green chillies (finely chopped)2 tablespoon lemon juice2 tablespoon chilli sauceSalt (to taste)Black pepper
METHOD
1. In a large bowl mix together the baked beans, red onion, tomato, bell pepper, mint, coriander and green chillies.2. Add the chilli sauce, lemon juice salt and pepper. 3. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
