INGREDIENTS
1 dzn sausages/lollies2 tine baked beans½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepper¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder1 teaspoon chilli powder¼ teaspoon ground green chillies4 large potatoesButterPepperGarlic saltMilkDried mixed herbs
METHOD
1. Grease an oven proof dish.2. Cook sausages/bake lollies till just done.3. Mix spices and chillies into beans.4. Pour beans over sausages/lollies.5. Bake potatoes, peel and mash. 6. Add butter, garlic salt, pepper and milk till mash is right consistency.7. Spoon or pipe over beans.8. Dot with softened butter over mash and sprinkle on dried mixed herbs.9. Place in oven on grill setting till mash has browned. 10. Cool for a few minutes and serve with crusty garlic bread.
