Chopped red onion
Samoosas (flavor of choice)
1 can chickpeas
Shan chaat masala
Sundip aamli sauce
Fry samoosas till golden and crispy.
Drain chickpeas and rinse. Toss with salt, coconut threads and chaat masala and place in oven to crisp up.
On serving platter layer down lettuce, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes. Then break fried samoosas in 3 and place over.
Sprinkle chickpeas mixture over.
Drizzle over mayo.
Drizzle over aamli sauce (I served on side).
