INGREDIENTS
Chopped lettuceChopped cucumberDiced tomatoesChopped red onionSamoosas (flavor of choice)1 can chickpeasCoconut threadsShan chaat masalaLight mayonnaiseSundip aamli sauce
METHOD
Fry samoosas till golden and crispy.
Drain chickpeas and rinse. Toss with salt, coconut threads and chaat masala and place in oven to crisp up.
On serving platter layer down lettuce, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes. Then break fried samoosas in 3 and place over.
Sprinkle chickpeas mixture over.
Drizzle over mayo.
Drizzle over aamli sauce (I served on side).
