INGREDIENTS
Salad:
1 Romaine lettuce chopped
1 tomato chopped into chunks or Rosa tomatoes
3 raddish sliced
½ cup of sliced spring onions
Small cucumber sliced
½ red onion sliced
1 cup chopped parsely
Vinagerette:
Juice of 1 lemon
⅓ cup olive oil
Salt/pepper
1 teaspoon sumac
3 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
METHOD
Mix salad ingredients and place in large bowl
Take a day old pita bread or arabic bread. Cut in to pieces. Lay on an oven tray and drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt/pepper and sumac. Mix and bake in oven till crisp but not browned
Arrange pita chips over salad and drizzle Vinagerette over the salad
Serve immediately
