Chicken Make chicken as you like, shred it, add mayo and heap it up in a plate, around it place shredded leaves, cocktail tomatoes, and whatever else you like in a salad
Sieve all dry ingredients, add your herbs.. Mix together your liquids, egg and mash and add to the mixture.. Let it rise about an hour. U can make small balls and roll out, I rolled out the entire mixture and used a cutter to make small pitas.. When u fry it, baste with garlic butter.
