INGREDIENTS
Pita
4 cups cake flour
2 teaspoon salt
Black pepper
½ cup spring onions
½ cup chopped coriander
2 chillies chopped fine
1 large potato mashed
1 packet yeast
4tblsp ghee (Clarified butter)
1 egg beaten
½ cup warm water
¾ cup warm milk
Chicken
Make chicken as you like, shred it, add mayo and heap it up in a plate, around it place shredded leaves, cocktail tomatoes, and whatever else you like in a salad
METHOD
Sieve all dry ingredients, add your herbs.. Mix together your liquids, egg and mash and add to the mixture.. Let it rise about an hour. U can make small balls and roll out, I rolled out the entire mixture and used a cutter to make small pitas..
When u fry it, baste with garlic butter.
