INGREDIENTS
1 kg Chicken mince
3 medium onions
2-3 tablespoon Ginger garlic
Salt to taste
Green masala to taste
+-1 ½ teaspoon jeeroo
+- 1 teaspoon fine cinnamon
2 teaspoon dry dhana
Black pepper to taste
Butter as required
Greens (fresh dhana, mint and spring onions)
METHOD
Cook mince until some water is burnt out, than add ginger garlic and salt. Cook until fairly dry than add the rest of ingredients, set aside and allow to cool, Chop up 3-4 onions, squeeze water out and add to chicken mince, when done add the greens when completely cold, mince is now ready to be filled.
