1kg fillets cubedMarinate in 1 tablespoon shan tandoori spice Fry in batches in little oil Β½ way.Set aside.In a pot melt 125g butter Add in 1 tablespoon mustard seeds Few curry leaves Add in 3 cloves minced garlic 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon shan butter chicken spice 1 tin tomato puree Cook on low.Add in chicken Lastly add in 400ml fresh cream Garnish with greens Serve with rice or rotis or rogni naan πΆοΈπΆοΈπΆοΈπΆοΈπΆοΈπΆοΈπΆοΈπΆοΈ
This is really saucy.It could be used for 2 kg cubed fillets or simply Β½ tomato puree and cream

Red Butter chicken 2...Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter). Add 1 kg cubed fillets and ginger garlic masala and spices . Allow to cook. Add Β½ tin tomato puree and 300 ml fresh cream and 300 ml milk. Simmer.Β Garnish with greens. Recipe credit : fouziah

Nandos butter chicken (red)
1 kg fillets cubed or sliced thin strips Cook in ginger and garlic and black pepper salt chilli powder little vinegar and few drops egg yellow colouring. Dry out.
In a saucepan: melt 100g butterAdd in 2 tablespoon Nandos wild herb peri peri2 tablespoon Nandos garlic peri peri or any 2 nandos sauces.1 packet tomato paste or Β½ cup tomato puree 250 ml fresh cream Boil.Empty chicken to an oven proof dish. Melt 100g butterAdd in 1 kg chunky fillets 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red β₯οΈ ginger π« garlic 1 level teaspoon arad (Turmeric)1 teaspoon salt2 teaspoon crushed chillies 2 teaspoon ground green chillies 2 teaspoon chilli powder 2 tablespoon lemon π juice 1 tablespoon sugar2 teaspoon lemon π pepper
Cook above 5 minutes.Add in 1 cup milk1 cup fresh cream SimmerMix 1tbl maizena (corn flour) and Β½ cup milk.Add in. Simmer till thick.Garnish with chopped dhania (coriander) Serve with rice or rogni naans
