INGREDIENTS
500g cubed chicken fillet
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)
1 teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon Chicken spice
2 teaspoon red chillie powder
¼ teaspoon turmeric
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Tomato sauce
Mayonnaise
Steers prego sauce
Nandos peri peri sauce
1 big packet Blue Doritos
1 tub Lancewood dip - sour cream and chives
1 tub Lancewood dip - sweet red pepper
Handful of grated cheese
Origanum for sprinkling
METHOD
Cook chicken in spices. When done add sauces and cook till heated through. Layer Doritos at the bottom of a pyrex dish, then place chicken over. Blob the two dips over chicken generously. Spread Doritos over then few more blobs of the dips. Lastly sprinkle cheese and origanum. Bake at 180 degrees till cheese melts. Serve hot. Enjoy!
