INGREDIENTS
Chickenβ 3 pieces chicken filletβ 1 tablespoon oilβ 1 teaspoon black pepperβ Β½ teaspoon salt β 1 teaspoon ginger garlicβ 1 teaspoon crushed chilliesPotatoβ 2 or 3 potatos (depending on size)β 1 tablespoon oilβ Β½ teaspoon saltβ 1 teaspoon crushed chilliesMixtureβ 2 eggsβ 200ml fresh creamβ Β½ teaspoon saltβ ΒΌ teaspoon crushed chilliesβ ΒΌ teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder β ΒΌ teaspoon jeera powder (cumin)β ΒΌ teaspoon turmeric powder β Β½ teaspoon black pepperβ 1 teaspoon peri-peri robertsons spiceβ ΒΌ teaspoon oreganoβ Grated mozarella cheeseβ Grated gouda cheese
METHOD
ChickenCut chicken into cubes and marinate chicken with ginger garlic, salt, black pepper, crushed chillies and oil. Leave aside.
PotatoSlice potatos into disks and marinate potato with oil, salt and crushed chillies.Half fry potatos (optional). Leave aside.
MixtureAdd eggs in a bowl with fresh cream and whisk.Add all the spices and whisk together.
In a casserole or anything oven safe, layer half fried potatos, then layer the chicken pieces and pour the mixture over.Bake for 40min at 200Β°Take out and add mozarella and gouda cheese and put casserole back in for another 10min. Sprinkle oregano on top and serve.

For vegetable lovers, you can add fried onions before layering potatos or add peppers.
