My style½ kg cut up mutton1 cubed Dhodi (seed removed) 1 potato cubed3-4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or oil1 heaped ginger garlic ½ teaspoon garlic1 teaspoon kashmiri masala½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon dhana jeera mixSalt to taste1 teaspoon vinegar1 small grated onionTorn up dry red chilli2 small grated tomatoes2 tablespoon tomato pureetuj (cinnamon stick) whole mustard and whole Jeeru (Cumin)Curry leavesIn pot add ghee (Clarified butter) or oilheat all dry ingredients Add the onionsSaute add the meatsLet it cook till soft add water if necessary till softNow add the masalas braiseAdd the tomatoesAdd the potatoes Let it cook till almost done nowAdd the cut up dhodi Cook till it's soft and nice not drysaucyAdjust your salt and chilli if sweet add a little vinegar Garnish with green chopped dhania (coriander)Enjoy with roti
