20-25 Chicken lollypopsGinger garlic paste 1 tablespoon 3-4 tablespoon Red chili sauce 1 tablespoon Soya sauce1 tablespoon Green chili sauce1 tablespoon VinegarEgg 1 8 tablespoon flour 4 tablespoon Corn flour¼ teaspoon red-orange food color Salt and pepper Marinate the chicken lollypops in ginger garlic paste, red chili paste, soya sauce, green chili sauce, vinegar, and salt, pepper to taste, mix well and keep aside for at least ½ hour.Now add the flour,corn flour,food coloring and egg to the above-marinated chicken lollypops and mix well. Mix everything well so that all the lollypops are evenly coated with the batterHeat oil in a pan. Fry the lollypops in low to medium flame till they are cooked from both the sides.
