Plus minus 2 cups leftover butter chicken(Butter chicken recipe has been posted before)Chicken pieces separated from sauce and shredded3 cups grated mozzarella cheese Pepperdews cut in halfGreen pepper finely sliceFinely sliced red onion Coriander leaves for garnish (optional)Mint Chutney1 cup mint1 cup coriander1 large clove garlic2 jalapeño seededsalt to taste¼ teaspoon fine cuminJuice from half a lemonBlitz all these ingredients together to make the Mint/Coriander chutneyDough(3 ingredient Dough)2 cups flour3 teaspoon baking 1 ½ cups plain yogurt(l used double cream)
Sift flour and baking powder,add yoghurt mix gently with a spatula.Knead dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes,by hand.Adding a little flour if the dough is too soft.Divide dough into balls.You can decide how big you want to make your pizza’sRoll out into a circle Spread some of the butter chicken sauce on the base.Sprinkle the shredded chicken to to the sauce.Sprinkle with grated cheeseAdd the sliced green peppersAdd the sliced red onionTop with pepperdewsGarnish with coriander leaves Bake in preheated 180degrees oven Remove from the oven Dot with the Mint/Coriander chutneySprinkle with fresh coriander leaves Serve with extra Chutney and lemon slices Enjoy
