RECIPE
Braize 2 med onions chopped in ghee (Clarified butter). Add in 1 teaspoon whole jeeru (cumin) few cloves few peppercorns 2 TajAdd in 2 teaspoon ginger garlic 1½ kg chicken pieces or fillets washed and drained. Add in 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) 1 teaspoon arad (Turmeric) 1 teaspoon garam masala I add crushed chillies Cook Add in 4 big liquidised tomatoes Add ½ tin tomato puree 6 fried potatoes Add 1 cup water .cook till thick. Garnish with greens and fried onions. Serve with rice or rotis
