INGREDIENTS
1kg chicken wings, cleaned2 tablespoons oil1 tablespoon paprika1 tablespoon garlic powder1 tablespoon onion powder1 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon chillie powder1 teaspoon dried oregano1 teaspoon brown sugar¼ teaspoon salt,optional..½ teaspoon black pepper½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.In a large bowl, toss wings with the oil until evenly coated.In a separate bowl, mix together …paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, oregano, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cayenne (if using).
Sprinkle the dry rub over the wings and toss until fully coated.Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack.Bake for 40-45 minutes max,flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce & sprinkle of sesame seeds on top👌Great with noodle salad /roasted potatoes & yellow sweet rice & roasted vegetables🌺🌺🌺🇵🇸
INFO & TIPS
Also add the wings in your airfryer @bake 165 degrees for 25 minutes turning once add your sweet chillie sauce on top with sesame seeds 🌷🌷🌷
