1/2kg chicken fillet (cut in small cubes)
1 ½ tablespoon salt
½ tablespoon aradh
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 ½ tablespoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
1 tablespoon ginger garlic
2 cups tomato - liquidised
½ cup frozen peas
1 potato - cut into same size as chicken
18 bunches Methi (Fenugreek) bajie
Boil Methi (Fenugreek) bajie for 45 minutes and strain into a big strainer. The colander holes are too big for this.
Mix the tomato with the Methi (Fenugreek) bajie and set aside.
Braise onions in oil and then add in your chicken. When chicken is cooked add in your spices. When oil comes up add in your tomato and Methi (Fenugreek) bajie.
Add in your potato and leave to cook till dry then add in your peas.
